- I don't work out and need advice on how to start a prenatal fitness plan.
- I do work out and need advice on how to modify exercise while pregnant.
- I train and need advice on how modify running/HIIT exercises while pregnant

If you are Postpartum (2 years or less),

or KNOW your problem is related to pregnancy only.
